As a for-profit entrepreneur for more than 10 years, Mitch’s strategic messaging and digital media company collaborated with Fortune 500 companies strengthening their messaging into compelling stories for consumer and B2B audiences. Progressing into not-for-profit entrepreneurship, Mitch founded the Jewish Partisan Educational Foundation (JPEF), an internationally recognized educational force. As founder and executive director for 14 years, Mitch developed a worldwide donor base, hand picked and developed a powerful board, and grew the organization through strategic relationships with key global partners, ultimately bringing the history and life lessons of the Jewish partisans to over one million students. Mitch also inspired Liev Schreiber, Larry King, and other celebrities to volunteer their time for JPEF’s highly successful fundraising events in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

In addition to fundraising, Mitch excels in strategic planning, content distribution, digital media and on-line learning. He is an award-winning filmmaker, with over a dozen international awards for his work, and is currently producing a fundraising film for a major New York university.

As principal in a consulting practice, Mitch coaches staff and board leadership to raise more money than they ever thought possible, and to develop and realize successful fundraising strategies and events.

Mitch is based in San Francisco, and works with clients across the globe. He especially likes working with founder-led ventures.

Jewish Partisans Educational Foundation

The mission of the Jewish Partisan Educational Foundation (JPEF) is to develop and distribute effective educational materials about the Jewish partisans and their life lessons, bringing the celebration of heroic resistance against tyranny into educational and cultural organizations.

JPEF has produced a comprehensive and thoughtprovoking curriculum called RESIST, designed to transmit the enduring understandings arising from the stories of the Jewish partisans. With layers of interactivity unprecedented in most any curriculum, RESIST is designed for 6th12th grade students in formal and informal settings and is now being implemented in thousands of Jewish and secular schools worldwide as well as nearly every major Holocuast organization.
