Joshua Venture Group

Seth is a corporate attorney and partner with law firm Holland & Knight in Atlanta, representing national and international start-ups, mature companies, and investors in complex business transactions, investments and joint ventures.

In addition to his involvement with Joshua Venture Group, Seth is a Vice Chair of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and past Chair of its Planning and Allocations Committee. Seth also currently serves as First Vice-President of Jewish Family & Career Services in Atlanta; is a member of the Jewish Agency for Israel’s Global Leaders Forum; member of the Atlanta-area AIPAC Executive Council; member of the Civil Rights Committee of Southeast Region of the ADL; Treasurer of 24/7 Gateway Center (Atlanta Homeless Services) and is a past Board Member of the American Israel Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Region.  He is an alumnus of the Wexner Heritage Program.

Seth and his wife Marci are members of Congregation B’nai Torah in Atlanta and have three children: Morgan, Danielle and Jordan, who attend the Epstein School in Atlanta.
