Lisa Hersch
Lisa Hersch recently transitioned into private capital and joined Bain Capital, after serving as an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company, based in New York City, for 6.5 years. She has worked globally across a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, retail, telecom, media, financial services, and consumer products. Her work is largely focused on strategy, sales and marketing, and capability building.
Lisa has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, including the Public Broadcasting Service, Comic Relief, Balkanu’s Cape York Digital Network in Australia, and Arcandina children’s TV production company in Ecuador. She has also served as a mentor with the “I Have A Dream” program and as a member of Echoing Green’s Social Investment Council.
Lisa holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an M.A. in Education from Stanford University School of Education, and a B. Commerce (1st Class Honors, Marketing) from University of New South Wales.
